This project originally premiered at the Galapagos Arts Space in DUMBO, Brooklyn, in the form of a live show called "Corps Exquis", with live music performed by the accompanying ensemble Transit, as part of a collaboration between Satan's Pearl Horses, composer Daniel Wohl, Transit, and New York City based artists, Antoine Catala, Andrew Steinmets, Brina Thurston, Brian Gibson, and Alexis Gambis. The format of the project was based off the idea of the "exquisite corpse".
